Buy two of these
Two sleep spaces. Each baby needs their own firm, flat crib — not one cot with a divider, unless your doctor has said otherwise. Most families start with two bedside cribs in the parents’ room, then move to two full cribs.

Nappies and wraps in bulk. Twins leave size 1 faster than you expect. Keep Offspring Ultra-Thin and a case of size 2 in the house. Muslin wraps — six to eight, not two expensive ones and a prayer. Mix ours with plain hospital muslin.
Buy one of these
One chest with a changing tray from the LittleSky collection. Fix it to the wall. Two changing tables eat a Lekki bedroom and you only have two hands. One playmat is enough for the floor. A second high chair can wait until solids actually start.
Get these somewhere else
We do not stock a true double stroller, however we can deliver it on pre-order based from Junama. Two singles only work if two adults are always walking. For one parent at the gate, the mall lift, or church, you want a double — tandem if your corridor is tight, side-by-side if the doors allow it. Measure your gate, not the shop floor. Try Mothercare, Labs Kiddies, Early Years or Klick. Look at Bugaboo Donkey or Mountain Buggy Duet if budget allows. Confirm it takes two newborns before you pay.
A Junama 3-in-1 or Britax FlyLite from us is a useful second frame for grandparents. It is not your only twin pushchair.
Also buy elsewhere: a double pump, eight to ten bottles, a large steriliser, a twin nursing pillow, and a tin of whatever formula your paediatrician named. Plus help overnight. Gear does not replace a second pair of hands.
