Thank you for shopping with iamspecial. We want your order to arrive safely and on time, so here's everything you need to know about how we ship.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive an email or WhatsApp notification once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery Areas & Timeframes
We currently deliver across Nigeria via GIG Delivery.
- Lagos — Same day delivery if order is placed before 3pm
- Rest of Nigeria — Delivery within 3–7 business days
Delivery timelines begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order.
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated based on your delivery location and order weight:
- Lagos: From ₦5,000
- Rest of Nigeria: From ₦8,000 up to ₦114,000 depending on destination and package size
The exact shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a GIG Delivery tracking number via email, Instagram DM or WhatsApp. You can use this to track your shipment in real time on the GIG Logistics website.
Delays
While we do our best to meet all delivery timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to high order volumes, weather conditions, or logistics disruptions beyond our control. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will follow up with GIG Delivery on your behalf.
